Steward's Report
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Darnum Desire.
Double Denim and Brindle Chic were quick to begin. Darnum Desire was slow to begin.
Granny Roses underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg sesamoid injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Mr. Jeffrey Chignell regarding the racing manners of Granny Roses in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr. Chignell, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
