Steward's Report
Whisper Pie, Hurricane Daisy and Two Reasons were slow to begin.
Two Reasons (turned its head to the inside approaching the winning post) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left gracilis injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Joe Uglietta regarding Two Reason’s racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Two Reasons was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Uglietta pleaded not guilty to the charge. Two Reasons was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
