Super Tart, American Girl and Bally Diamond collided soon after the start checking Super Tart. Super Tart, Ghostbuster and Jubilation collided approaching the first turn. Super Tart and Jubilation collided approaching the first turn. Cadillac Style checked off Zelemar Joker approaching the first turn checking American Girl and severely checking Clovalley Belle. American Girl and Ghostbuster collided on the home turn. Super Tart, American Girl and Ghostbuster collided in the home straight.
Clovalley Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left hind foot, no stand down period was imposed.
