Oh Lele Peter was a late scratching at 6:24pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to illness. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Saint Gracie and Saint Jane were quick to begin. Harrier Bale, Chokey Clokey and Charlie's Lady were slow to begin. Charlie's Lady raced wide on the home turn. Saint Gracie and Saint Jane collided on the home turn. 

Enticed State was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Charlie's Lady was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right pencil muscle and right hamstring muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

All Over and Just Angus were quick to begin. Tizza Nitro was slow to begin. All Over and Maximum Shera collided soon after the start. All Over and Maximum Shera collided approaching the first turn checking All Over and Zipping Dermot. Tizza Nitro and All Over collided on the first turn checking Tizza Nitro. Just Angus checked off Maximum Shera approaching the home turn. Irish Drover raced wide on the home turn.

Selynya Kev was a late scratching at 8:53am due to a hamstring injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will not require a veterinary certificate, as trainer Mr. K. Ward was unable to contact the Greyhound Racing Victoria head office due to a telephone outage.

Mr. C. Hudson, trainer of Star Titan redeclared a new weight of 31.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Star Titan last raced at 32.4kg.

So Much Magic was quick to begin. Lynlea Jiddy and Carlanna Lois collided soon after the start. Lynlea Jiddy, Carlanna Lois and Star Titan collided on the first turn checking Carlanna Lois and Star Titan. Carlanna Lois and Star Titan collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. 

Southwood Rose and Brazen Beauty were slow to begin. Southwood Rose, Brazen Beauty and Seabrook Joel collided soon after the start. Famous Seamus, Mepunga Nick and Boo Shey collided approaching the first turn. Southwood Rose checked off Famous Seamus on the first turn. Famous Seamus and Mepunga Nick collided approaching the home turn checking Mepunga Nick. Brazen Beauty and Mepunga Nick collided approaching the home turn. Southwood Rose and Mepunga Nick collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight. Southwood Rose, Brazen Beauty and Famous Seamus collided approaching the winning post. 

Mepunga Nick was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right monkey muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Wild Last Stress was a late scratching at 8:53am due to a metacarpal injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will not require a veterinary certificate, as trainer Mr. K. Ward was unable to contact the Greyhound Racing Victoria head office due to a telephone outage.

Fluke Of Fantasy and Allen Warlock collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight.

Minority was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left wrist, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Maximum Maddy and See Him Go were quick to begin. Tronathon was slow to begin. Pierre White, Barcia Beebee and Lynlea Jake collided soon after the start checking Barcia Beebee. Exit Zero and Maximum Maddy collided on the first turn checking Maximum Maddy and Tronathon and severely checking  Pierre White. Barcia Beebee and Bad Boy Brutus collided on the first turn. Lynlea Jake and Maximum Maddy collided approaching the home turn checking Maximum Maddy, Bad Boy Brutus, Pierre White and Tronathon. 

Pierre White was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left hamstring, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Field Marshal, Dyna Norfolk and Mepunga Ledger collided approaching the first turn checking Mepunga Ledger. Got Held Up crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Field Marshal. Field Marshal, Dyna Norfolk and Mepunga Ledger collided approaching the home turn checking Field Marshal. Got Held Up, Hurricane Ash and Shattered Ice collided approaching the home turn checking Shattered Ice. Dyna Norfolk and Shattered Ice collided on the home turn. 

Pursuant to GAR 104 (7) steward Mr. G. Fish did not act in any official capacity for this event.

Cosmic Tequila and Ice Toronado were slow to beign. Boris Bekim checked off Ice Toronado soon after the start. Galloping Betsy and Molly Brown collided approaching the first turn. Galloping Betsy and Ice Toronado collided on the first turn. Spreading Rumors checked off Astonish on the first turn checking Boris Bekim and causing Quiver Bale, Cosmic Tequila and Molly Brown to fall.

Cosmic Tequila was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the saddle muscle and left shoulder, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr. G. Campbell, trainer of Cee Ronaldo redeclared a new weight of 30.7kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Cee Ronaldo last raced at 32.2kg.

Play A Kazoo and Cazar Rose collided approaching the first turn checking Cazar Rose. Rusty Peg and Cazar Rose collided on the first turn checking Cazar Rose and Cee Ronaldo. Rusty Peg faltered approaching the home turn and collided with Cazar Rose. Play A Kazoo and Premier Express collided on the home turn. Cee Ronaldo and Rusty Peg collided on the home turn. 

Rusty Peg was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a suspected fracture to the right metatarsal, a  28 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre race sample was taken from Live Wire.

Kifinti, Lambda Bale, Silver Rockstar, Dancing Madi, Golden Girl Anna and Live Wire collided on the first turn checking Kifinti, Lambda Bale, Silver Rockstar and Hestia Bale. Live Wire checked off Golden Girl Anna approaching the home turn. Dancing Madi and Golden Girl Anna collided approaching the home turn checking Golden Girl Anna. Betty's Moment and Dancing Madi collided in the home straight.

Neliel Bale and Derby Girl collided approaching the first turn. Neliel Bale, Derby Girl, Castle Black, Buzz Torque, Tear Away Guy and Santa collided on the first turn checking Neliel Bale, Derby Girl, Castle Black, Buzz Torque, Tear Away Guy and Naughty And Nice. Derby Girl checked off Neliel Bale approaching the home turn checking Castle Black and Tear Away Guy. Naughty And Nice raced wide on the home turn.
