Jeffrey Abela, trainer of Unmentionable redeclared a new weight of 31.1kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Unmentionable last raced at 32.5kg.

Gangalla Nugget was slow to begin.  Unmentionable, Why Not Liam, Croky Boy and Naughty And Nice collided soon after the start.  Croky Boy checked off Slipaway Anna on the first turn.  Why Not Liam checked off Rumbling Fury approaching the home turn.  Unmentionable raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.  Slipaway Anna and Rumbling Fury collided in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Gladman regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Rumbling Fury.  Stewards directed that Rumbling Fury be boxed first in future events.

Ressler was slow to begin.  Junebug, Zelemar Joker and Ghostbuster collided soon after the start checking Ghostbuster.  Zelemar Joker and Bone Crusher collided approaching the first turn checking Bone Crusher.  Coop's Surprize checked off Bone Crusher approaching the first turn.  Ladies Kay checked off Zelemar Joker approaching the first turn checking Bone Crusher.  Ladies Kay and Bone Crusher collided approaching the first turn.  Day And Age checked off Ghostbuster on the first turn.  Ladies Kay and Bone Crusher collided approaching the home turn checking Ladies Kay.  Ladies Kay and Day And Age collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Ladies Kay galloped on the heels of Coop's Surprize approaching the home turn.  Ladies Kay raced wide on the home turn.

Ladies Kay was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Ice Flicka was quick to begin.  KId Rhubarb and Brutal Tiger collided on the first turn.  Pully George, Tiger Of Oz and El Mania collided on the first turn checking El Mania.

Chubba Chops was slow to begin.  Chubba Chops checked off Spiral Bek soon after the start.  Missy Bee, Lita's Lad and Spiral Bek collided approaching the first turn checking Missy Bee and Spiral Bek.  Cosmic Buddy, Ice Cold Bundy and Sunset Magic collided approaching the first turn checking Sunset Magic.  Sunset Magic and Spiral Bek collided on the first turn causing Spiral Bek to fall.  Sunset Magic and Chubba Chops collided on the first turn.  Cosmic Buddy checked off Sunset Magic approaching the home turn.  Lita's Lad checked off Bella Lestrange on the home turn.  Lita's Lad and Chubba Chops collided on the home turn.  Ice Cold Bundy galloped on the heels of Lita's Lad entering the home straight.  Ice Cold Bundy and Lita's Lad collided in the home straight.  Chubba Chops and Missy Bee raced wide in the home straight.

Spiral Bek was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its left thigh, left shoulder and left dewclaw.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Go Wild Phil was very slow to begin (5 lengths).  Broad Betty, Brumby Boy and Ruby Dutchess collided approaching the first turn checking Bumby Boy.  Kid Famechon and Ice Contractor collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn.  Brumby Boy checked off Go Wild Phil entering the home straight.  Broad Betty and Ruby Dutchess collided several times in the home straight.

Broad Betty was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Ms. N. Tapp, the trainer of the greyhound Broad Betty regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting on their own observations and after viewing the official head-on vision, Stewards took no further action.

Go Wild Phil was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left thigh.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Mill House was quick to begin.  Prancing Lad checked off Jane Eliza soon after the start.  Hook Him In checked off Can Of Worms approaching the first turn.  Prancing Lad and Hook Him In collided on the first turn.  Jane Eliza, Mill House, Hook Him In and Can Of Worms collided on the first turn checking Mill House and Jane Eliza.  Jayne Fozz raced wide entering the back straight.  Prancing Lad and Honeypot Agogo collided approaching the winning post.

Classique and Candle Boy collided soon after the start checking Classique.  Not Disguised and Candle Boy collided on the first turn.  Billie Arcade and Bit Iffy collided on the first turn.  Speedy In Oz and Billie Arcade collided approaching the home turn checking Speedy In Oz.  Not Disguised and Candle Boy collided approaching the home turn.

Semjase and Crystal Cameo collided soon after the start.  Claretown Clyde and Ceejay Whim collided soon after the start checking Claretown Clyde.  Twirly Bird crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Speed Chill and Crystal Cameo and severely checking Ceejay Whim.  Grand Jet, Twirly Bird, Crystal Cameo and Claretown Clyde collided entering the back straight checking Claretown Clyde and Crystal Cameo.  Claretown Clyde and Twirly Bird collided in the back straight checking Twirly Bird.  Crystal Cameo and Claretown Clyde collided approaching the second turn checking Claretown Clyde.  Lilypad and Twirly Bird collided on the second turn checking Twirly Bird.  Crystal Cameo, Claretown Clyde and Lilypad collided approaching the home turn checking Claretown Clyde.  Claretown Clyde and Crystal Cameo collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight checking Crystal Cameo.

Bass Girl was slow to begin.  Valetta Knight checked off Bass Girl approaching the first turn.  Prince Shak and Gimme Butterflys collided on the first turn.  Bass Girl and Fun Time Ally collided approaching the home turn.  Fun Time Ally raced wide on the home turn.  Bass Girl checked off Valetta Knight in the home straight.

Fun Time Ally was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left shoulder.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Tiny Profit was quick to begin.  Marita Jay and Why Not Rowan collided soon after the start.  Lipstick Stain and Marita Jay collided approaching the first turn.  Em Jo Lew checked off Why Not Rowan on the first turn.  Elite Tulip, Tiny Profit and Lipstick Stain collided approaching the home turn.  Tiny Profit galloped on the heels of Lipstick Stain approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds.
