Steward's Report
Jolly Ethics and Paw Calgary were slow to begin.
Paw Calgary (Marred Insane in the home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Ricky Coleman regarding Paw Calgary's racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Paw Calgary was charged with marring. Mr. Coleman pleaded guilty to the charge. Paw Calgary was suspended for 28 days (1st offence) at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
