Stewards spoke to representative Mr S Smith regarding Lamia Nonna Mary's racing manners on the first turn and in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Lamia Nonna Mary was charged with marring. Mr S Smith pleaded guilty to the charge. Lamia Nonna Mary was suspended for 28 days at Geelong and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
