Steward's Report
A pre-race urine sample was taken from No Danger Ranger.
Naughty Nung was quick to begin. Suffolk Park and Elphias Doge were slow to begin.
No Danger Ranger underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right tricep muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to trainer Mr P Desmond regarding No Danger Ranger’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, No Danger Ranger was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr P Desmond pleaded guilty to the charge. No Danger Ranger must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
