Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr Lindsay Fulford in relation to the bona fides of the withdrawal of Esfahan and Jessica Pearson from this race. Mr. Fulford's comments were noted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Dr. Falkor.
Dr. Falkor was slow to begin.
Starlight Roy faltered on the home turn and subsequently lost ground - underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to both back muscles and the right monkey muscle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
