Steward's Report
Mr. Gleason – New declared weight of 33.9 kg, last raced at 35.3kg.
A pre–race sample was taken from Elusive Barb.
Jetson's Flash was quick to begin.
Selyna Bale was slow to begin and raced wide throughout the event.
Jetson's Flash (faltered and tailed off approaching the first turn) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 14 day stand-down period was imposed. In accordance with GAR 122, the Stewards requested trainer Ms. Olivia Cartechini to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Jetson's Flash in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track and were satisfied it was suitable for racing.
