A pre-race urine sample was taken from Jackpot Jewel.
Borough Banker and Poholke were slow to begin.
Your Colour Room (lost ground in the back straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a lumbo-sacral injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards questioned Mr. Andrew Paraskevas, the trainer of Your Colour Room, after the greyhound drifted in betting from an opening price of $2.15 to $3.70. Stewards noted Mr. Paraskevas’s explanation and directed that blood and urine samples be taken from the greyhound. Stewards will review the wagering data on the race.
