Steward's Report
Jonanthy, Hall's Northern, Jarjar Bale and Super Heated slow out.
Prescott Bale checked off the heels of Hall's Northern approaching first turn.
Jonanthy checked off the heels of Prescott Bale first turn checking Jarjar Bale.
Forever Max and McQuade collided approaching finish line.
Vetted: Hall's Northern. Abrasion right toe left hind and front right leg - 3 days.
Stewards spoke with Mr K Hunt after he voiced concerns over the condition of the track. He noted that Halls Northern had dipped approaching the first turn, and had concerns that the greyhound had injured itself. It was explained to Mr Hunt that all greyhounds were valuable, and that the welfare of all greyhounds is taken into consideration for the entire race meeting and not just one particular race. The track was graded every second race so as not to bring the water to the surface.
