Breakaway Miss, Pop Hand and Fashionably Late collided on the first turn checking Pop Hand and severely checking Breakaway Miss which contacted the running rail. Bridget Imlach checked off the heels of Fashionably Late on the first turn and raced wide as a result. Proud Sapphire and Mooncake collided on the first turn. Fashionably Late and Proud Sapphire collided approaching the second turn checking Mooncake. Proud Sapphire checked off the heels of Fashionably Late entering the back straight. Proud Sapphire was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
