Commitment checked off the heels of Havoc Belle on the first turn, causing Commitment and Costen to fall, checking Tangi Mumma, Glory Road, Per Gessel and Kaye Jenkins. Glory Road and Tangi Mumma collided in the home straight. Commitment vetted, cuts and abrasions left shoulder, left thigh, and right thigh, Stand-down 10 days. Costen vetted, injured lumbar spine and both hips, stand-down 14 days. Glory Road vetted, No Apparent Injury. Stewards spoke to Mr K Pitstock, trainer of Glory Road, and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn.
