Radical Rodney was a late scratching at 03:55pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Mr. Macquire was slow to begin. Jerry Hatrick and Another Fave collided on the first turn. Bee Jay's Pedro checked off Somma Storm on the first turn. Mr. Macquire stumbled on the first turn. Jerry Hatrick and Bee Jay's Pedro collided approaching the home turn checking Bee Jay's Pedro. Jerry Hatrick galloped on Somma Storm approaching the home turn checking Somma Storm, Jerry Hatrick and Kyella Rose. Mr. Macquire raced wide on the home turn.
Soul Lass was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
