Steward's Report
Coeur Delion, Supreme Choice and Media Watch were slow out. Coeur Delion faltered soon after the start. Midnight Peak checked off the heels of Love A Gossip approaching the second turn and raced wide as a result. Love A Gossip and Media Watch collided approaching the home turn. Supreme Choice, Spalding and Springvale Lucy collided on the home turn checking Supreme Choice and Midnight Peak.
Coeur Delion was vetted following the Event and Dr. Alistair Smith, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left triangle muscle and left deltoid. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Smith, the Stewards will stand Coeur Delion down from competing for 7 days.
