John Connor was a late scratching at 6:20pm due to illness. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Nirra Meg was slow out. Miss Bunker and Dyna Clayton collided approaching the first turn. Pure Rampage, Miss Jannis and Snowflake's Hope collided on the first turn checking Pure Rampage, Miss Jannis, Snowflake's Hope and Miss Bunker. Miss Jannis raced wide entering the home straight checking Nirra Meg. Dyna Clayton crossed to the rail in the home straight checking Guppa Gee.
Miss Bunker was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left hock injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
