Voodoo Town crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Nat's Joy, Gold Max and Mamselle Noire. Gold Max galloped on Mamselle Noire approaching the first turn checking Mamselle Noire severely checking Gold Max. Surprise Thyme and Mel's Razor collided on the first turn. Dr. Jane galloped on Mel's Razor approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Nat's Joy checked off Surprise Thyme on the home turn.
