Coulta Duke and Rliverdale Elvis were slow out. Coulta Duke and Blaine Bale collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Coulta Duke checked off the heels of May Surgeon on the first turn checking Blaine Bale, Coulta Duke, Dangerfield and Riverdale Elvis. Brothers Bard and May Surgeon collided on the first turn. Dangerfield checked off the heels of Riverdale Elvis approaching the home turn and raced wide as a result. Blaine Bale and May Surgeon collided approaching the home turn. Dangerfield raced wide on the home turn. Dangerfield was vetted following the event. It was reported sustained lower back soreness. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
