A pre-race swab sample was taken from Zeguy.
Limburg Leo, Planet Moon, Call Me Donna and Kalimna Rose were slow out. Limburg Leo, Planet Moon and Zeguy collided soon after the start checking Planet Moon. Little Things and Call Me Donna collided on the second turn. Porcelain Doll and Little Things collided on the third turn. Call Me Donna and Kalimna Rose collided approaching the home turn. Limburg Leo and Zeguy collided on the home turn. Call Me Donna and Kalimna Rose collided approaching the finishing line.
Porcelain Doll was vetted following the Event and Dr. Gabrielle Carter, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left stifle muscle. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Carter, the Stewards will stand Porcelain Doll down from competing for 7 days.
