Wild Mary, Natural Season and Dare To Deceive were slow out. Sonic Victory and Natural Season collided soon after the start. Kiara Whisky, Hanicka Bale and Meridel Bale collided on the first turn. Sonic Victory and Dare To Deceive collided on the first turn. Sonic Victory and Meridel Bale collided entering the home straight. Hanicka Bale was vetted following the Event and Dr. Gabrielle Carter, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound was found to have a torn toe nail to the right hind. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Carter, the Stewards will stand Hanika Bale down from competing for 14 days.
