Steward's Report
Amity Lu, Bit Nippy and Hasty Rhythm were slow out. Bit Nippy checked off the heels of Amity Lu soon after the start. Icy Lucy and Amity Lu collided on the first turn. Bit Nippy and Lady Of Avalon collided on the second turn checking both greyhounds. Lady Of Avalon subsequently tailed off. Magical Mick checked off the heels of Icy Lucy on the third turn. Hasty Rhythm checked off the heels of Montoya Magic on the home turn.
Lady Of Avalon was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to be injured in the left back muscle and will be stood down from racing for 21 days to recuperate.
A swab sample was taken from Bon Bon Bale, the winner of the event.
