Steward's Report
Arvo's Sphinx was slow out. Big Mac Riley and Darling Desi collided soon after the start severely checking Big Mac Riley. Cool Baz, Arvo's Jemma and Ocean Babe collided soon after the start. Arvo's Sphinx and Cool Baz collided on the first turn checking Cool Baz. Hot Halle crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Ocean Babe, Arvo's Jemma, Cool Baz and Kirjen Lass. Big Mac Riley, Kirjen Lass and Arvo's Jemma collided on the first turn checking Cool Baz and Arvo's Jemma and causing Arvo's Jemma to fall. Cool Baz was checked off the heels of Ocean Babe approaching the home turn. Big Mac Riley, Cool Baz and Ocean Babe collided entering the home straight.
Arvo's Jemma was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right shoulder muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
