New Crystal raced wide on the first turn. Gerlam, Couch Queen and Phantom Jasper collided on the first turn. Geralm and Balmoral Bloo collided approaching the second turn. Couch Queen checked off the heels of Phantom Jasper entering the back straight. Strand Hill and Awesome Colour collided on the home turn. Phantom Jasper and Balmoral Bloo collided on the home turn.
