Jack's Shadow was a late scratching at 5.52p.m. on veterinary advice due to illness. Pass Me Bye was slow out. Zealous Zayra, Bickle's Taxi and Hotline Spank collided on the first turn. Hotline Ace and Zealous Zayra approaching the second turn. Hotline Ace and Bickie's Taxi collided approaching the second turn, checking Zealous Zayra. Hotline Ace and Pass Me Bye collided on the third turn, checking Pass Me Bye. Hotline Ace checked off Mr Wiggy on the home turn. Bickie's Taxi and Hotline Spank collided in the home straight.
Mr Wiggy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound received soreness to the right Lumber area, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
