Steward's Report
New Ability– Late scratching at 10:11am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to a laceration. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Harbour Lights was quick to begin.
Aston Wrapper (severely checked and fell on the first turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the right hock and a back inury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Harbour Lights underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have collapsed and suffered a sizure. A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under the provisions of GAR 42, Harbour Lights is prohibited from competing in an event until such time as both a veterinary clearance is provided to the satisfaction of Stewards and a Satisfactory Trial is completed pursuant to GAR 132. Further, under the provisions of GAR 42(3), Harbour Lights is suspended from racing for 28 days at all tracks.
