Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Ultimate Jewel.
Zelda Chaos was quick to begin. Country Crusader was slow to begin.
Stewards noted the muzzle of Oregon Favor became caught in the greyhounds mouth while in the starting boxes. Oregon Favor was very slow to begin and subsequently tailed off. Oregon Favor underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have lacerations and abrasions on the face and left hind. No stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Zelda Chaos - the winner of the event.
