Steward's Report

Crawf's Bread was quick to begin.  Sisco Rage was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Hellyeah Bolt, Tiggerlong Amigo and Mepunga Moss were slow to begin.  Tiggerlong Amigo and Mepunga Moss collided approaching the first turn.  Prince To Excel checked off Crawf's Bread on the first turn.  Agent Jack and Hellyeah Bolt collided on the first turn.  Hellyeah Bolt, Tiggerlong Amigo and Mepunga Moss collided on the first turn checking Tiggerlong Amigo and Mepunga Moss.  Agent Jack and Sisco Rage collided approaching the second turn checking Agent Jack. Hellyeah Bolt, Tiggerlong Amigo and Mepunga Moss collided entering the back straight checking Tiggerlong Amigo.   Prince To Excel and Babylon Club collided on the third turn.  Sisco Rage checked off Babylon Club on the home turn.

Agent Jack was vetted following the event and was revetted following Race 12.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.  A sample was taken from Agent Jack, unplaced in this event.  

Stewards spoke Mr D. Hay, Trainer of Agent Jack, regarding the greyhound's performance this evening.  Mr Hay stated that the greyhound had previously been involved in serious incidents on the first turn and that the greyhound prefers to lead and needs room to gallop.  Stewards noted Mr Hay's explanation and took no further action.
