Steward's Report
Rapidfire Morris – Ms C Allen was queried as betting fluctuations were observed by Stewards. The comments of Ms C Allen were noted and a pre race sample was taken for analysis.
Weblec Whisper and Passing were quick to begin. Fox And Friends was slow to begin. River George and Artic Glamour raced wide approaching the home turn.
Hilstrom Bale, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock abrasion injury. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Ms A Gurry regarding Hilstrom Bale’s racing manners in the home sraight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Hilstrom Bale was charged with marring. Ms A Gurry pleaded guilty to the charge. Hilstrom Bale was suspended for 28 days at Horsham and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
