Steward's Report
Wilson Bale was quick to begin.
Stewards held the All Clear to determine whether Jack Out was prevented from participating on equal terms with other starters in the event because of the circumstances of placing the greyhounds therein, pursuant to GAR 110 (2)(a). After reviewing all available footage, and having their own observations, Stewards were comfortably satisfied that there were no circumstances with the boxing process that prevented Jack Out from participating on equal terms. Therefore, Jack Out was deemed a starter, and the All-Clear given.
Mr. David Schwarz was fined $100 for failing to follow the Starter's orders when boxing Jack Out, pursuant to GAR 105 and GAR156(f).
Club Official was reminded of their responsibilities after an issue with the boxing of greyhounds prior to the race. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration and remediation.
