Pursuant to GAR 75(6),Parade Ms. S. Evans did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way affected the outcome of this event.
Hot Noise and Redshift Mike was slow to begin.
Hot Noise - marred Mr. Farenheit several times in the home straight - underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Luke Thompson regarding Hot Noise’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Hot Noise was charged with marring. Mr. Thompson pled guilty to the charge, Hot Noise was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at today’s track and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
