Braemar Murphy was severely checked approaching the home turn, faltered and pulled up, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured right humerus. Braemar Muphy was humanely euthanised.
Mythical Queen underwent a post-race veterinary examination following an incident in the catching pen and was found to have a right front toe injury. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
