Osprey Joker was quick to begin.
Rare Tarra contacted the running rail on the first turn. Underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
Impatient Capers tired and lost ground over the concluding stages, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
There was no head on vision in the home straight for this event.
