Steward's Report
Pictor Scion, Man Of Courage and Cornhill Gypsy were quick to begin.
Pictor Scion - severley checked and fell first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right humerus fracture. Pictor Scion was humanely euthanised.
Cornhill Gypsy - severley checked and fell first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the right wrist and radius.. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Baked Potato - severley checked and fell first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have slpit webbing of the right hind foot. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track on the first turn and deemed it satisfactory for racing.
