Show Off Sarah and Maja Manatee were slow to begin.
Maja Manatee underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to representative Ms Jordan Mcquillen regarding Maja Manatee’s racing manners in the home straight.. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Maja Manatee was charged with marring. Representative Ms Jordan Mcquillen pleaded guilty to the charge. Maja Manatee was suspended for 28 days at Warrnambool and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
