Nickleby Action and True Airspeed were quick to begin. Aston Mikaela went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (4 lengths).
Aston Mikaela (went up with the lids at box rise), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
