Meeting Comments:

Bambina trialled over the 525m from Box 1, weight 24.4kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4.  The time of the trial was 30.35, the greyhound        won by a margin of 4 lengths. Bambina was cleared.

Miss Connochie trialled over the 525m from Box 4, weight 24.4kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4.  The time of the trial was 30.35, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 4 lengths.  Miss Connochie was cleared.

Supplementary Report - Cranbourne 30 July, 2014

Stewards today conducted an inquiry with licensed trainer, Mr Jason Thompson, regarding the late scratching of the greyhound Classy Haze, from the Cranbourne GRC meeting conducted on 30 July, 2014.  Stewards charged Mr Thompson with a breach of GAR 86(o) in that he did fail to scratch the greyhound Classy Haze by the appointed scratching time, which in the opinion of Stewards was negligent.  Mr Thompson pleaded guilty.  Mr Thompson was found guilty and fined the sum of $150.
