Silver Ability was quick to begin. Trending Power and Hail Zeus were slow to begin.
Tame The Beast raced ungenerous in the home straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right fibula injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Samuel Webb regarding the greyhound's racing manners. After hearing submissions from Mr. Webb, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
