Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from She's Not Normal.
Dr. Buzz and Inter Cyborg were quick to begin.
Dr. Buzz turned its head outward in the home straight and underwent a post-race veterinary examination following the running of race 12 - no apparent injury was reported. Trainer, Mr Jennifer Gill declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted. Stewards spoke to Ms Jennifer Gill regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Dr Buzz was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms Gill pleaded not guilty to the charge. Dr. Buzz was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Traralgon and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
