Nash For Cash (turned its head outwards approaching the turn off the back straight underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to reperesentative Gary Mannion regarding Nash For Cash’s racing manners turning off the back sraight. back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Nash For Cash was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Gary Mannion pled not guilty to the charge. Nash For Cash was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted 

Harkin Bale (turned its head inwards and visibly eased approaching the home turn and underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to reperesentative Rebecca Gibbons regarding Harkin Bale's racing manners turning into the home home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Harkin Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Rebecca Gibbons pled not guilty to the charge. Harkin Bale was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
