Steward's Report
Holy Track and Van Ghosting were slow to begin. Kynan's Magic and Pachacuti collided soon after the start, checking Kynan's Magic. Photo Bomber and So Far Away collided approaching the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Kynan's Magic and Van Ghosting coillided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Holy Track checked off Pachacuti on the home turn and collided with Photo Bomber.
Van Ghosting was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left hind toe injury; a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Hallam the trainer of Easy Baby in regards to the length of time it took to box the greyhound. Mr.Hallam stated that it was his first time boxing the greyhound under race conditions and she has a tendency to be difficult. Stewards noted the comments of Mr.Hallam and took no further action.
