Steward's Report
Dark Horse marred Imerson Bale in the home straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to kennel representative Miss Koby Rademaker regarding Dark Horse’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Dark Horse was charged with marring. Miss Rademaker pleaded guilty to the charge and Dark Horse was suspended for 28 days at The Meadows and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
