Steward's Report
Power Overload was slow to begin. Ruby's Entity, Skip's Nightmare and Steel True Blue collided soon after the start. Dughall Entity and Kanga Kel collided on the first turn checking Kanga Kel. Ruby's Entity, Skip's Nightmare and Kanga Kel collided approaching the home turn. Steel True Blue checked off Power Overload on the home turn severely checking Power Overload, Steel True Blue and Miss Romelda, Steel True Blue and Miss Romelda raced wide as a result.
Power Overload was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained neck soreness and a strained left thigh, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
