King Django was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left shoulder, left monkey muscle and left triangle muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Lektra Robbie was a late scratching at 8:53am due to injury (GAR 23).  A 10 stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomiantion will be accepted.

Why Not Gold was quick to begin.  Lonesome Nitro and Black Illusion were slow to begin.  Demo Lad went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.  Moroccan Train and Mepunga Mia collided soon after the start.  Demo Lad checked off Lonesome Nitro approaching the first turn.  Lonesome Nitro and Koko Cabana collided approaching the first turn checking Koko Cabana.  Lonesome Nitro, Demo Lad and Black Illusion collided on the first turn.  Lonesome Nitro and Black Illusion collided approaching the second turn, severely checking both greyhounds.  Moroccan Train and Mepunga Mia collided on the second turn.  Koko Cabana and Mepunga Mia collided approaching the home turn.

Black Illusion was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Thundering Star was quick to begin.  Sonic Dash and Hogganaught were slow to begin.  Thundering Star crossed to the rail approaching the first turn.  Alouette Magic and Sonic Dash collided approaching the first turn.  Alouette Magic, Sonic Dash and Dee Ivy collided on the first turn checking Feikuai Polly, Alouette Magic, Dee Ivy and Lonesome Gloria.  Dee Ivy checked off Lonesome Gloria approaching the second turn.  Lonesome Honey and Sonic Dash collided in the back straight, severely checking Sonic Dash and Alouette Magic causing Lonesome Honey to fall.

Lonesome Honey was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left monkey muscle and a minor laceration to the right triangle muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Super Bronie was quick to begin.  Rickii's Rocket was slow to begin.  Cruisy's Luck and Lektra Outlaw collided soon after the start.  Lektra Outlaw checked off Super Bronie approaching the first turn.  Cruisy's Luck and Lektra Outlaw collided on the first turn.  Rival Impact and Cruisy's Luck collided on the first turn.  Frankie Tana and Overlimit Again collided on the first turn.  Frankie Tana checked off Overlimit Again in the back straight.  Rival Impact and Frankie Tana collided on the third turn.  Cruisy's Luck galloped on the heels of Lektra Outlaw approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Cruisy's Luck and Lektra Outlaw collided on the home turn.

Lonesome Jozza was quick to begin.  Cruisy's Gift checked off Savannah Lily soon after the start.  Scratchy and Fearless John collided soon after the start.  Our Shiraz checked off Savannah Lily approaching the second turn.  Cruisy's Gift galloped on the heels of Savannah Lily on the third turn.  Fearless John galloped on the heels of Savannah Lily approaching the home turn checking Fearless John.

Lektra Fury was quick to begin.  Lonesome Lemon and Greysynd Turbo collided soon after the start.  Lonesome Lemon, Greysynd Turbo, Golden Hand, Ain't She Pretty, Hawk Tana and Ima River Boy collided approaching the first turn checking Lonesome Lemon, Greysynd Turbo and Ain't She Pretty.  Kayoko Magic and Hawk Tana collided on the first turn.  Lektra Fury raced wide in the back straight.  Lonesome Lemon and Ima River Boy collided on the third turn checking Ima River Boy which collided with Lektra Fury.  Lektra Fury checked off Ima River Boy on the home turn.

Morning Cruise, Lonesome Indian and Burra Bing were slow to begin.  Lonesome Indian and Burra Bing collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Proven Bolt and Jamiela Twist collided soon after the start checking Jamiela Twist.  Lonesome Indian and Burra Bing collided approaching the first turn checking Lonesome Indian.  Jamiela Twist and Lektra Coin collided on the second turn checking both greyhounds.  Lektra Coin and Morning Cruise collided on the third turn checking Lektra Coin which tailed off.  Morning Cruise and Lonesome Indian collided on the home turn, both greyhounds tailed off as a result.  Lonesome Indian eased on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Morning Cruise was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left pencil and left triangle muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Lonesome Indian  was vetted following the event and was revetted following Race 12.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr C. Schlensog, Handler of Lonesome Indian.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), Stewards charged Lonesome Indian with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Lektra Bartel was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Aston Pearson crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Nigel Nobody.  Nigel Nobody, Fleetwood Zac and Ringa Star collided approaching the first turn checking Nigel Nobody.  Fleetwood Zac, Ringa Star, Explosive Gas and Billecart Brut collided on the first turn, severely checking Nigel Nobody, Explosive Gas, Billecart Brut and Ringa Star, which fell as a result.  Lektra Bartel stumbled on the first turn.  Lektra Bartel checked off Lazoras approaching the second turn.  Lazoras and Explosive Gas collided on the second turn.  Lektra Bartel checked off Explosive Gas on the third turn and again on the home turn.

Ringa Star was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right front forearm, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
