Steward's Report
Raven Nighthawk – Late scratching at 18.10 due to weight variation (GAR 101). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr. Thomas Dailly was fined $100.
Cabao Elderberry went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.
Maddie's Domain underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to be injured in the right tensor facia lata muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr. T. Salpigitidis regarding the racing manners of Maddie's Domain from the back straight to entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Maddie's Domain was charged with marring. Mr. Salpigitidis pleaded guilty to the charge. Maddie's Domain was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at All Tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
