Dr. Julienne – Late scratching at 13:58 when Mr. Marcus Mcmahon reported the greyhound to have illness (vomiting) (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
Geoff's Bomber and Dr. Violet were slow to begin.
Dr. Cinny, faltered and lost ground on the home turn and in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left achilles tendon injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
