Steward's Report
Vortex - A sample was taken from the greyhound. Late scratching at 8:25pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to lameness and swelling over the left metacarpals. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Taltarni Black was slow to begin.

Supplementary Report
From Ballarat 16 November 2022 - Race 10 - Stewards finalised an inquiry with Trainer Mrs Margery Quick in relation to the no-race in Race 10 at Ballarat last week. The Stewards issued a charge under GAR 156(f)(ii) for neglignece with the particulars being that Mrs Margery Quick placed the incorrect rug on Hill Top Jonah and presented that greyhound to race, which in the opinion of the Stewards was negligent. Mrs Quick pled guilty to the charge and was fined $250.
