Daniel Does underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right deltoid injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Cameron Taylor regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post and pulling up prior to the return gate and failing to enter the catching pen. After hearing evidence from Mr Taylor, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued to Daniel Does for its racing manners approaching the winning post and for failing to enter the catching pen.

On The Mint and Super Sketchy were slow to begin. 

Interfere marred Run Ruby Run at the 100m mark, underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Braden Finn regarding Interfere’s racing manners at the 100m mark. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Interfere was charged with marring. Mr Finn pled guilty to the charge, Interfere was found guilty and suspended for 28 days all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trials in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Braxton Boy faltered at the 100m mark, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right quadriceps and right pencil muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Speedy Magpie – Late scratching at 10:21am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to a right monkey injury . A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards held the All Clear in order to review the positioning of the lure at the 50m mark with reference to GAR 109(2). After reviewing all available video footage and acting on their observations, the Stewards were comfortably satisfied that no runner was advantaged nor disadvantaged so as to affect the outcome of the event. Therefore, the variance was permitted in accordance with GAR 109 (2) and the All Clear was given.
