Steward's Report
Dan Dan and Elenor Bale were quick to begin.
Elenor Bale turned its head on the home turn, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion on the left hind metatarsal. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mrs Tammy Kennedy-Harris regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Elenor Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mrs Tammy Kennedy- Harris pled guilty to the charge, Elenor Bale was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
Supplementary Advice 10.11.22 -
Lakeview Raymond - Stewards advised kennel representative Mr Harley Whelan that a veterinary certificate of clearance must be produced before any future nomination will be accepted, pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w).
