No More Sugar contacted the running rail approaching the first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion. No stand down period was imposed.
Dancing Flamiogo was checked on the first turn and trailed the field throughout, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
